Intel returning to VAR focus Back in the late 1990s, Intel Corp. had in place a vendor-agnostic program for value-added resellers that provided all the necessary resources for VARs to push Intel solutions to their customers. Then, the chipmaker shifted its focus towards system builders and a dark cloud descended on the hapless reseller.
Okay, no, not exactly.
