Arrow Helps Sun Resellers Move To The Oracle PartnerNetwork

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions has launched "Fast Track," a program for legacy Sun Microsystems resellers.
The program helps resellers with enrolling in the Oracle PartnerNetwork and sell Oracle technology.
"As Oracle moves into their new fiscal year and the integration of Sun resellers into the Oracle Partner Network really starts to accelerate, Arrow ECS wants to help those resellers get a fast start into the OPN program, and more quickly get indoctrinated into Oracle's channel practices, such as the closing of PRM [Oracle's opportunity-registration system]-approved Oracle sales opportunities," said Bill Page, vice president of Arrow ECS' Sun group.
"Arrow's Fast Track onboarding program for Oracle will help tie together the expertise, opportunities and strategies that Sun resellers will need to effectively sell Oracle hardware and software solutions going forward."
The Fast Track program for Oracle includes not only step-by step assistance with completing the enrollment process to become Oracle partners and navigating the Oracle Partner Portal, but also customized business-planning services, specialization training, prequalified leads and pre- and post-sales support.
